PLAN OF WORK 2022 - 2026:

A new year has begun and the WWCTU Plan of Action 2022-2026 is available. Each country is asked to read and discuss it and correspond with the World President with any comments.

Department work will be focussed on the UN Sustainability Development Goals as well as the temperance message, Gods Word and environmental issues as found appropriate.

World No Tobacco Day

September 9

International FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder) Awareness Day
Bells are rung at 9:09 a.m. to raise awareness about the dangers of drinking during
pregnancy and to the plight of individuals and families who struggle with FASD. This day was chosen (9/9/09) so the world will remember that a woman should abstain from alcohol during the nine months of pregnancy.
